I've been so remiss in keeping this blog updated with new postings. Here are some new images from some recent shoots.  :)

DOWNTOWN WILMINGTON

It's really really difficult not to be inspired by downtown Wilmington, truly, there is so much to see, so many old buildings.  We were lucky to shoot in a beautiful location in central downtown Wilmington.

Such a terrific location.  Such great light.  Beautiful windows and most importantly a beautiful client!!
From the tips of its skylit roof to the bottom of it's retro, OH so very groovy wallpapered bathroom, this was a location that any one would be grateful to shoot in.  And I was.

OOH la la

Not many better ways to spend your morning than to get all dressed up and investigate your risque side. You can't beat it.  Well maybe you can, but you'd have to try hard.  Maybe with a big bowl of chocolate icecream... :)

either way, we are all done with the latest boudoir shoot.

I love knowing that I have truly made my clients feel transformed, they know it's them, they know they were there, but who exactly is that girl?  That's the fun part.  That's the part that makes this part of my job, so fulfilling!

More Derby!!

I want to be a derby girl when I grow up.

Such a fun sport, I've gone and hung out with the Cape Fear Derby Girls, terrific night, great people, AWESOME workout!


Everyone should check out a match, it's a great way to spend an afternoon.


But I'm rambling. The main reason for this post is to include the rest or, a collection of the rest of Tammy's images.

Instead of getting BBQ's fired up and finishing off our second bowl of Queso dip, Tammy and I did a boudoir shoot.  Which is, quite frankly much more entertaining. 

I encourage every one to get out and watch the Cape Fear Roller Girls in action. It's about the best fun you can have, without doing a boudoir shoot!

The first post

So here we are, the first post of my site dedicated to the "other stuff" as many of my clients call it.

Don't worry, it's good to be shy. I truly believe, IN ALL THINGS, that it is important to be only yourself.

This is really important when we strip away all the comfort layers, all the way down, until it's only you. If you aren't outgoing and bubbly we definitely won't be able to create that.

Be yourself, beautiful, wonderful you.

Stripped away of all your layers. Will you be shy? Most likely. Nervous? Probably. Uncomfortable? Not for long. Empowered? YES

Give of yourself. To yourself as a memoir to who you were. To your lover who delights in all of you.

Let's make memories of the really special, secretive, romantic kind.
